Registration
To participate in the forum i.e. to be able to write a message, you have to be a registered member with SurfAdviser - membership is free.

Discussions
It is strictly forbidden to personally attack other users. You have the right to express your opinion, but do not offend other users in the process. Tolerance, understanding and kindness should be used in all discussions. Even though this is an international forum, please make sure that your posts and signature links are written in English.

Politics and religion etc.
Personal discussions belong outside the forum. Remember that this is not a chat server. Political discussion not directly related to windsurfing is prohibited, as is any discussion on religion and religious matters.

No copyright or trademarked material
You can not post copy written material or a reproduction of registered trade/service marks without permission from the author or owner. This means that, without prior permission, you may not post protected material such as films, music and computer software etc, or an image of a manufacturer's trademarked logo.

No illegal activity
Any topic that condones, exploits, or makes use of illegal material is illegal within the forum. Asking for or distributing illegal software is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated. All information which could be used for an illegal purpose is not allowed in the forum and this also includes links to sites with similar information.

Etiquette
Keep all commentary civil, and be courteous at all times. Constructive criticism is welcome, but insults directed towards other users will not be tolerated. Coarse/insulting language will not be tolerated. Views and opinions that are considered inflammatory, racist, sexist or hateful will be moderated or deleted. The SurfAdviser team are trying to provide an open environment where posters can share their views, but if their views, or the way they are expressed are inflammatory or offensive to other posters or groups of people in general, then action may be taken against the offender.

Advertising
It is forbidden to post private advertising in the forum. Instead, please contact SurfAdviser to purchase advertising space on our regular website.

Don't Spam
Do not use the forums in any way to promote third party services, products, websites, or organizations. Make sure that you are posting for the good of the community, not just for the sake of self-promotion.

Search Forum
Before posting a new question, please do read the forums relevant to your question to make sure it hasn't already been thoroughly covered. Please pay particular attention to any sticky threads (threads at the top of a category).

Multiple Accounts
Multiple registrations are prohibited and are grounds for immediate account deletion.
No cross posting. Post your message once, to the appropriate forum and nowhere else or it will be locked or deleted without warning.

Moderators
You agree that the webmaster, administrators and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit which does not respect the Forum Rules. A moderator’s decision is final. Please accept that moderators exist for the good of the forum and complaints in the forum regarding SurfAdviser's moderators will be removed. If you see something that you feel requires action by a moderator, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Publishing Responsibility and Membership
Messages are immediately published in the forum without any central control. The opinions and comments in the messages written by our members belong to the individual and are their responsibility. SurfAdviser claims no responsibility for this material.
SurfAdviser reserves the right to automatically incorporate links in the messages in order to integrate the forum with the SurfAdviser website.
SurfAdviser reserves the right to remove member accounts for arbitrary reasons.
